Interpretation

Words with an initial capital letter have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

While using our Service — including our website, application, and credit application features — we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you, evaluate creditworthiness, or verify identity. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Job title, company name, and business contact details
• Information provided by trade references, including contact names, business names, phone numbers, and email addresses
• Identity verification information for signers, including name, email address, IP address, and location at the time of signing

We may collect Personal Data from multiple parties, including:

• Applicants — individuals or entities applying for credit.
• Authorized Signers — individuals who sign on behalf of the applicant.
• Trade References — individuals or entities providing payment history or creditworthiness information about the applicant.
• General Website and Application Users — individuals interacting with our website or application even if they are not completing a credit application (e.g., browsing, registering, submitting forms, or engaging with content).

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service — whether on our website or application — and may include information such as your Device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, approximate location, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

• To process and evaluate credit applications, including verifying the identity of applicants and signers, contacting trade references, and assessing creditworthiness.

• To provide and maintain our Service, including monitoring its usage.
• To manage your Account as a registered user of the Service.
• To contact you by email, telephone, SMS, or push notifications regarding your application, account, or related matters.

• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations related to credit decisioning, anti-fraud, and record retention.
• For internal business purposes such as data analysis, improving our Service, and training our credit risk models.

• For other purposes, such as identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of promotional campaigns, and improving user experience.

Sharing of Your Personal Data

• With Service Providers: to monitor and analyze the use of our Service, to contact you, or to support the Service on our behalf.
